My name is Carlos Anton and I founded Active Vida
I have practised lots of sports since I was 5 years old such as skiing, swimming, football, cycling, basketball, orienteering, tennis, athletics,... some of these in competition and others just for fun. I studied all these sports as well as anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body when I was doing my Physical Education and Sport Science Degree. Now I use all my experience and knowledge to help people achieve their fitness goal.
I have experience from more than 5.000 training sessions during all my years working in the fitness industry. I have worked with many clients, the youngest client 10 years old and the oldest 95 years old; people who want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve flexibility, balance, cardio condition, run a marathon, improve sports skills ( basketball, skiing, boxing, ...), post-rehabilitation ( knee, shoulder, ankle, ...), problems in the spine ( scoliosis, spine disc degeneration, ...), sciatica, arthritis, diabetes, pre and post pregnancy training,...
